Who is responsible for your data
Crewstock, the operator of this site and the app, is responsible for your data. For any question about your data, write to privacy@crewstock.app.
What we collect and why
- Your account: email address, name and sign-in details. We use them to open your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
- Your company data: the products, locations, stock levels, movements and team members you enter in the app. We process them only to run the service for you.
- Messages you send us: your email address or phone number and what you write, through the app, email or WhatsApp. We use them to answer you.
- Technical visit data: device type, browser, approximate location, the pages you open and where you came from (for example an ad). We use them to see what works on the site and to fix what does not.
Legal basis
Account and company data are processed to provide the service you signed up for. Messages are processed on the basis of your consent and to answer your request. Technical visit data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site.
How long we keep it
Account and company data stay for as long as your account exists. Messages are kept for at most 12 months after the last contact. On request we delete them earlier, and when you close your account we delete it together with your company data.
Who else has access
We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone for their own advertising. We rely on these providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Clerk: sign-in and account security;
- Vercel: hosting of the site and the app;
- PostHog: measuring visits and use of the app;
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp): ads and messages;
- Google Workspace and Mailgun: sending and receiving email.
Some of these providers store data in the European Union or the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, including standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing and a copy of your data. You can withdraw consent at any time and object to processing, including for direct marketing. Send your request to privacy@crewstock.app and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with the date it takes effect.
