What is Crewstock?
Barcode inventory for field crews. Your team scans stock in and out with their phones across every warehouse, shop and vehicle, and you see what’s where in one place.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. The phone camera reads barcodes and QR codes, so there is no hardware to buy.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. Scans queue on the phone while there is no signal and go through on their own once the connection is back.
Do I have to install an app?
No app store needed. Open it in the browser and add it to the home screen, and it installs like an app.
What if my products don’t have barcodes?
Print your own. Generate sheets of QR or Code128 labels for your products and stick them on the shelf or the box.
Can I import my existing product list?
Yes. Bring your list in from a CSV file with cost, category and condition instead of typing it in.
How does pricing work?
